AMAZING!!!

wow.

this was SUPER impressive. it’s very much a blah grey day here with an extremely depressing few days at 100% on the forecast… but THIS made me smile several times..! it was produced by Kornhaber Brown for Carnegie Hall and Ensemble ACJW and it is a mash up of 43 different cartoon theme songs which (SHOCK) i knew easily over 50% of (probably more near 75% with this effin’ nerd). if you watched cartoons in the 80’s (like me - radical..!), 90’s (like me - cool..!), or even cartoons on air today (like m—-how old are you, sir..?) and you’re nerdy (why else would you be here?) and you can be entertained by a nostalgia mallet to your knee cap AND you’re not afraid of a little ol’ grin on that puss of yours, then for phoque’s sake - take a listen!

now did you grin, smile, hum or do air drums?

If jean and Scott are voted high school prom queen and king or high sweet hearts and maybe storm and forge are most likely to succeed. If that’s the case Gambit and Rogue are most definitely voted most sexy or popular.

I always saw these two as the people you would want to go out on the town with. They look like they know how to have allot of fun. Maybe that’s why they look so much more casual the other my other designs.

Who knew having Rogue wear pink would be so hard. Warren and Remy are two famous pink male wearing members and its debatable but i think its pretty progressive for a 90s comic lol. She looks great in green and in fact the more i thought about it shes the one of the few mutants who can actually pull the proper rule 64 with the red eyes. Gambit i wish i drew him with a beanie like Clay did in his gambit run. I think more beanies the better.

Still working on that sketchbook and wanted to get this one in there as well .

Jean and Scott here

Logan and Jubilee here

warren and Betsy here

i mean, i kinda already associated green with rogue and those combo of colors with gambit, but not until he switched their swatches did i realize how MUCH i associated those colors with them. these look GREAT..! “more beanies the better”..!

Jem and the Holograms fans, get excited!
Jon M. Chu, the director of G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Justin Bieber's Believe documentary, is making a big screen version of the hit 1980s cartoon!
Chu announced the new project in a YouTube video earlier today, telling fans, “The movie, without giving away too much, is a modern day, live action reinvention of the 1980s Hasbro classic cartoon Jem and the Holograms.”
The film will be produced by Jason Blum and Bieber’s mentor Scooter Braun.
While Chu didn’t give away too much info about the exciting new Jem and the Holograms movie, he did share one very special detail: he wants fans to contribute their ideas via social media!
There are multiple ways fans can help contribute to the creative process. They can upload a photo or video to the film’s Tumblr or even submit themselves as a casting possibility to star in the film.
The film already has its own Twitter account. “#JemTheMovie is happening & we want YOU to be part of it! Help @jonmchu @blumhouse & @scooterbraun make the movie!” they tweeted today following the big news.

Did you know that X-force was started by Cable? After the events of X-Tinction Agenda he believed the kids of New Mutants needed to grow up and take the battle to the enemy. I do love the 90′s look!

my lil jubes makes a few appearances on some of the variant covers that make up the (9 cover spread) X-Men 50th Anniversary poster..! i mean, this poster is absolutely amazing. not only is each one done by a major marvel super artist, but they also touch upon specific teams and/or eras the X-Men have experienced in the last 50 years. this is breathtaking artwork.
for the query-some, this artwork features work by: Walt Simonson, David Lopez, Art Adams, Nick Bradshaw, Neal Adams, Phil Noto, Chris Bachalo, Whilce Portacio, Salvador Larroca, Stuart Immonen, Joe-Madureira & Clay-Mann and is inspired by eras and teams like classic X-Factor, current X-Men, New Mutants, Battle Of The Atom, Uncanny X-Force, Generation X, 90’s X-Men, X-Treme X-Men, X-Men: First Class, Age of Apocalypse and Age of X.
i AM a little surprised at a few omissions - Jean Grey as Phoenix or Dark Phoenix; Polaris; Moira McTaggart; Lilandra; Colossus?; ummm PROFESSOR XAVIER?? - just to name a few. those are not complaints though as this is absolutely amazing. what do you think? and do you think anyone was left out that should have been included?

the fact that jubilee is in here THRICE is squee-worthy to me ^_^
what about y’all… you see anything/anyone missing?
